Return Policy
Shipping Costs Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when initiating a return, with fees determined by the chosen carrier. For returns due to our errors (incorrect or damaged items), we cover all return shipping expenses.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before shipment or production begins, with full refunds issued. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Requirements:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note returns should not be sent directly to manufacturers.
Shipping Charges:
Customers will incur no more than one shipping charge per return, and we never apply restocking fees.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items and email you regarding:
- Confirmation of receipt
- Refund approval status
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 3-10 business days
Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn't appeared:
- Verify with your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur)
- Check with your bank
